Please be advised that the photos and videos captured during hair appointments belong to PhirstLadey Beauty Empire for promotional and teaching purposes. We vow to not share any photos or videos that will cause discomfort to you.

All deposits paid for appointments are non-refundable and non-transferable.  All appointments must be rescheduled online at least 24 hours in advance, no exceptions. Clients who do not contact us during emergencies and do not show up to their hair appointments will be charged the full service fee. Additionally, all appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours are subject to a $50 last-minute cancellation fee. Once an appointment is cancelled, you may not apply the deposit to a future hair appointment. Balances due can be paid using cash, credit/debit cards or Zelle. A 3% transaction fee is applied to all card transactions. By booking an appointment with Phirstladey Beauty Empire, you agree that all sales are final and cannot be disputed. In the unfortunate event of any litigation, you agree to pay all legal and attorney fees for Phirstladey Beauty Empire and it's representatives.
